The Challenge

Veon Travel specializes in first-class and business-class flight bookings, serving high-end clients globally. Their operations heavily relied on manual lead assignment, WhatsApp communication, and scattered customer tracking. This caused inefficient lead management, delays in assigning agents, no centralized visibility of conversations, difficulty measuring agent performance, and lost opportunities due to lack of follow-up tracking. They needed a modern, centralized web application where all business-class and first-class enquiries can be captured, leads can be automatically or manually assigned to agents, agents can communicate with clients via WhatsApp directly from the system, each lead's progress, status, and outcome are recorded, and admins can monitor performance in real-time.

Our Solution

Visech Technologies developed a complete travel management system that streamlined the entire workflow for Veon Travel. The solution included: A clean, modern front-end for agents, a robust backend and admin panel for lead management, integrated WhatsApp communication from within the system, automated lead assignment logic, lead history, customer data, and follow-up tracking, agent performance monitoring tools, and status tracking (New → In Progress → Quoted → Closed → Lost). The final result was a powerful CRM-style travel management application built specifically for premium ticket consultants. We implemented a Lead Management System with auto-capture online enquiries, assign leads manually or automatically, lead detail pages with full history, and status updates with timestamps. WhatsApp Integration allows send message from system, log updates after communication, and quick-click chat initiation. The Agent Portal provides each agent with custom dashboard, assigned leads list, lead stage update options, and internal notes system. The Admin Dashboard enables admin to manage agents, assign leads, track overall performance, view conversion stats, see all lead outcomes, and export reports.
