The Challenge

Time Recycling aimed to modernize the recycling industry by creating a seamless way for businesses such as restaurants, properties, and retail stores to schedule waste pickups — while giving drivers an efficient system to accept and manage jobs. Before the app, the recycling process relied heavily on phone calls, paperwork, and manual coordination. This caused missed or delayed pickups, no real-time tracking, manual documentation with no proof, inefficient route planning, and lack of performance analytics. The client needed a two-sided mobile application for Android and iOS, backed by a powerful admin panel that could manage drivers, business owners, pickup requests, and reporting — all in real-time.

Our Solution

Visech Technologies developed a fully integrated recycling management platform consisting of: A React Native mobile app for drivers and businesses, a secure web-based admin dashboard, a real-time job dispatching and tracking system, automated notifications and approval workflows, and image-based proof-of-pickup and digital logs. The result was a modern, efficient recycling system capable of handling high-volume operations with transparency and reliability. We implemented a two-sided mobile app with driver features including signup & admin approval, accept/reject pickup requests, in-app navigation to property location, on-site photo proof capture, item quantity & category selection, and completed job submission. For business owners, the app included create & schedule pickup requests, track driver status in real time, view past pickups & receipts, and manage waste categories. The web-based admin panel featured approve drivers & properties, manage service areas, oversee live pickups & driver locations, view real-time analytics, payment and earnings summaries, and dispute handling and activity logs. We also implemented a real-time notification system, smart routing & tracking with GPS-enabled driver location, security & compliance features, performance optimization, and analytics & insights.
